I acknowledge that my team and I will do our best to carpoool to Cherrybomb. Cherrybomb's parking lot, Gray & Graham Salon's Parking lot, and Cherrybomb's grass yard are the only proper places to park (respect our residential neighbors)*

I acknowledge Cherrybomb will provide the Xbox controllers for mic, guitar & bass. (if you want drums, please bring the controller)*

I acknowledge that only Cherrybomb staff can be behind the bar and in the back*

My team & I consent to photo and/or video recordings of my performance*

I acknowledge that drinks will be available for purchase at the counter (no alcohol allowed)*

We will follow the event rules and agree to follow Cherrybomb staff decisions. We release Cherrybomb from liability for injury or damage.*
